Die Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), der weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte Hersteller von Batterien f\u00fcr Elektroautos, will bis 2027 mit der Produktion von Festk\u00f6rperbatterien in kleinem Ma\u00dfstab beginnen. Dies k\u00fcndigte der leitende Wissenschaftler von CATL, Wu Kai, w\u00e4hrend der China International Battery Fair (CIBF) in Shanghai an. Die Technologie f\u00fcr diese Batterien befindet sich derzeit auf einem Entwicklungsstand von 4 auf einer Skala von 1 bis 9 und soll bis 2027 die Stufe 7 bis 8 erreichen, was auf die Bereitschaft zur Kleinserienproduktion hinweist.<\/p>\n

Lithium-Ionen-Batterien<\/a> mit fl\u00fcssigen Elektrolyten. Der \u00dcbergang zur Massenproduktion bleibt jedoch eine Herausforderung, vor allem wegen der hohen Kosten.<\/p>\n

Um das Engagement von CATL f\u00fcr diese Technologie weiter zu unterstreichen, hat das Unternehmen k\u00fcrzlich sein neues Shenxing Plus LFP-Batterie<\/a> auf der Auto China in Peking vorgestellt, die es Elektrofahrzeugen erm\u00f6glichen soll, mit einer einzigen Ladung \u00fcber 1.000 Kilometer zur\u00fcckzulegen. Dieses Konsortium wurde von der chinesischen Regierung initiiert und umfasst gro\u00dfe chinesische Batterie- und Automobilhersteller. Ziel des Konsortiums ist es, bis 2030 wettbewerbsf\u00e4hige Festk\u00f6rperbatterien zu entwickeln, zu produzieren und eine vollst\u00e4ndige Lieferkette aufzubauen.<\/p>\n

Dieser strategische Schritt ist Teil der Bem\u00fchungen, Chinas f\u00fchrende Position auf dem globalen Batteriemarkt angesichts der zunehmenden Konkurrenz aus anderen Regionen wie S\u00fcdkorea, Japan, Nordamerika und Europa zu behaupten. Auch Unternehmen wie Toyota und Nissan planen etwa zur gleichen Zeit die Einf\u00fchrung von Elektrofahrzeugen mit Festk\u00f6rperbatterien.<\/p>\n
