Das Projekt umfasst eine 130-MW-Solaranlage in Kombination mit einem 260-MWh-Speichersystem und f\u00f6rdert die Energiewende in der Region.<\/p>\n<p>Als zweite gro\u00dfe Solarinvestition von DESRI in Luna County nach dem Alta Luna-Projekt von 2017 soll Carne das Ziel von EPE unterst\u00fctzen, bis 2035 80% saubere Energie und bis 2045 100% zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Chief Development Officer von DESRI, Hy Martin, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich begeistert dar\u00fcber, mit dieser vierten Anlage zur Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien in diesem Bundesstaat weiterhin in die Energiewende in New Mexico zu investieren. Das Projekt wird EPE zuverl\u00e4ssig und kosteneffizient mit sauberer Energie versorgen und gleichzeitig die Netzstabilit\u00e4t verbessern und wirtschaftliche M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die lokalen Gemeinden schaffen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit EPE wurde ein Stromabnahmevertrag mit einer Laufzeit von 20 Jahren unterzeichnet, wobei der kommerzielle Betrieb voraussichtlich 2025 aufgenommen wird. Die Anlage soll j\u00e4hrlich genug saubere Energie erzeugen, um etwa 37 600 Haushalte zu versorgen.<\/p>\n<p>Die anf\u00e4ngliche Entwicklung wurde von Galehead Development und Lacuna Sustainable Investments beaufsichtigt. James Schichtl, VP of Regulatory Affairs and Resource Strategy bei EPE, betonte, dass Carne f\u00fcr die Erf\u00fcllung der Renewable Portfolio Standards von New Mexico und der Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse von entscheidender Bedeutung sein wird, insbesondere mit seiner gro\u00df angelegten Batteriespeicherkomponente.<\/p>\n<p>SOLV Energy wurde als EPC-Auftragnehmer ernannt und wird auch den laufenden Betrieb und die Wartung \u00fcbernehmen, sobald das Projekt in Betrieb ist.
