Lightweight & High Power
The 24V 500Ah lithium battery is designed to replace lead-acid batteries and provides stable power for low-speed electric vehicles. It uses advanced LiFePO₄ technology and offers higher energy density.
The battery size is 620 (680) × 360 (410) × 265 mm, with a weight of about 90 kg, which is only half the weight of a lead-acid battery with the same capacity. It helps you save vehicle space and reduce overall weight, improving overall vehicle performance.
Integrated Smart BMS
Delong 24V 500Ah lithium battery integrates a smart BMS to provide you with multiple safety protections. The system effectively prevents overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and short circuits, ensuring stable operation under different working conditions.
The battery bank supports Bluetooth or RS485 communication. You can check the battery status in real time through an external LED display, including voltage, current, and remaining capacity, helping you plan your trips more reasonably.

Mounting screw holes are reserved at the bottom, allowing you to securely install the battery in the battery compartment. The LiFePO₄ cells inside the 24V 500Ah battery have passed a series of quality tests, allowing the battery pack to operate stably in different environments. The charging temperature range is 0°C to 50°C, and the discharging temperature range is -10°C to 55°C, giving you more peace of mind during use.
Maintenance-Free Design
Handles are provided on both sides of the solar battery, making it easy for you to carry and install. It requires no daily maintenance, saving you time and effort. The deep cycle battery offers over 6,500 charge cycles, with a runtime that is 3–5 times longer than traditional lead-acid batteries. It also supports faster charging.
