Google a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 un accord avec Clean Energy Connect (CEC) et Shizen Energy pour la construction de plusieurs centrales solaires au Japon, afin d'alimenter en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 les centres de donn\u00e9es de Google. C'est la premi\u00e8re fois que Google signe de tels accords d'achat d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au Japon. Ce projet s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'objectif plus large de Google, qui vise \u00e0 ce que toute sa consommation d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 provienne de sources d'\u00e9nergie renouvelables d'ici \u00e0 2030, et constitue une \u00e9tape importante dans la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement durable et la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n

Selon l'accord, CEC et Shizen Energy seront responsables de la construction et de l'exploitation de ces centrales solaires, et l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite sera fournie directement aux centres de donn\u00e9es de Google au Japon. Cette initiative permettra non seulement d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de Google au Japon, mais aussi de promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement de l'industrie locale des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et la protection de l'environnement.<\/p>\n

Google s'est toujours efforc\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire l'impact environnemental de ses activit\u00e9s de diverses mani\u00e8res. Depuis 2017, les op\u00e9rations mondiales de Google ont atteint 100% d'utilisation d'\u00e9nergie renouvelable. La signature de ce contrat d'achat d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au Japon marque une \u00e9tape importante pour Google dans l'avancement de la transformation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique mondiale.<\/p>\n

La CEC et Shizen Energy ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la collaboration avec Google leur fournira une plateforme pour pr\u00e9senter leur technologie et leurs capacit\u00e9s, tout en contribuant \u00e0 \u00e9tendre leur influence sur le march\u00e9 japonais.
