Built-in Smart BMS
We provide a 51.2V 200Ah battery pack for AGVs, which uses lithium iron phosphate cells and embeds an intelligent BMS internally. The BMS is a vital part of the battery, as it not only manages the battery to keep it in optimal working condition but also comprehensively protects the battery, prolonging its lifespan. The protective functions of the BMS mainly include overcharging, over-discharging, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit, and balancing.
BMS Function
The battery uses A-grade lithium iron phosphate cells and BMS internally to ensure its safe operation. The battery housing is a metal box which can withstand a certain degree of impact and pressure; the terminals use SB120 & SB175. There is also an LCD to monitor the real-time working status of the battery.
