Connecting in series increases the voltage, while connecting in parallel increases the capacity. You can decide the connection method based on the voltage and current requirements of your device. Delong Energy’s lithium batteries can be connected in series, in parallel, or in a combination of both series and parallel.

Both lead acid and lithium batteries are viable options, depending on your needs. You need to consider the specific requirements of the application, initial costs, maintenance capabilities, and environmental impact. Lead acid batteries are more affordable but are larger and heavier; lithium batteries have a longer cycle life than lead acid batteries and are more environmentally friendly.

Electricity (Wh) = Voltage (V) × Capacity (Ah). A 12V 100AH lithium battery can store 1.2 kilowatt-hours (1200Wh). Four such lithium batteries can store 4.8 kilowatt-hours, and so on. Theoretically, a 12V 100AH lithium battery can provide a power of 1200 watts for continuous operation for one hour.
Delong Energy’s lithium batteries have undergone various rigorous tests: drop, puncture, high temperature, low temperature, short circuit, compression, impact, overcharge, etc., to ensure safety in use. Additionally, the batteries are equipped with a smart Battery Management System (BMS) that automatically cuts off the power when parameters exceed safe limits.
Delong does not recommend doing so. Lithium batteries from different brands cannot guarantee consistency, and mixing them can easily shorten the lifespan of the batteries and may even pose safety risks.
You can read data directly on the LED screen of the lithium battery, such as battery capacity, State of Charge (SOC), voltage, and current values. You can also remotely view this information on the Delong APP.

Yes, we can supply samples. The lead time for samples is 3-5 days. The buyer pays for the sample cost and shipping cost.
Fast Delivery: Small orders can be completed within 3-5 days after payment. Bulk orders are completed within 10-25 days, depending on the quantity.
Shipping: For sample orders or small battery packs, we ship via couriers like FedEx, UPS, or TNT. If the total package weight exceeds 50 kg, sea freight is recommended for cost efficiency. You can inform us of the nearest airport and seaport to you, and we will confirm the best option for you.

Yes, you can open the case and replace the BMS & cells, but you need to be a professional on this.

For the big battery, we will use a wooden box, mostly 500kg /Pallet, which means about 30 PCS/Pallet.

Yes, the battery warranty is 10 years. If there are any quality problems on our side in this period, we can send a new one as a replacement.
