The 215kWh commercial and industrial energy storage system consists of five 153.6V 43kWh battery modules connected in series. It features a modular rack design with a clear layout, making it easy to install and maintain. The system provides up to 105kW output power, with a grid voltage of 0.4kV and a conversion efficiency of over 93%. By using “peak-valley arbitrage,” you can effectively cut electricity costs and maximize energy benefits. The cabinet measures 1450*1400*2203mm (DWH) and weighs about 2.7 tons. What Is Included 215kwh Battery Energy Storage System?
Battery Cell System
The 215kWh energy storage cabinet uses high-quality LiFePO4 battery cells. These cells have very consistent capacity and can last for 6,000 charge cycles. Whether for grid-tied or off-grid use, it provides reliable power for your projects.
Battery Management System
This system gives you a full BMS with two levels: BMU and BCU. It keeps every battery safe and running efficiently.
- BMU: Checks the voltage, temperature, SOC, SOH, and balance status of each module in real time, and sends the data to the BCU.
- BCU: Sits in the high-voltage box and gives you protection from overcurrent, overvoltage, and grid connection issues, keeps the system running safe.
You can use the control screen to check the system status, set parameters, get alarm messages, and view history data. The BCU can also team up with PCS and EMS to make the whole energy storage system run smarter and more efficiently.
High Voltage Control Box
The control box measures 500*600*200mm (WDH) with IP54 protection. It has strong control and communication functions. This unit combines main control and electrical protection parts, which can monitor and protect the whole battery cluster in real time. You get:
- Dual power supply (AC 220V/DC 240V and battery pack) with grid power as priority
- Power and communication (CAN interface) for multiple ESBMM battery management modules
